    Yeah!!!

After being displaced for over two months due to hurricane Ike, I am finally in a new home - and with a reliable internet connection again!
Just wanted to tell everyone that I'm back on the forums and share the good news

    Yeah, welcome back!

I was so worried that you wouldn't get your secret sister gift since you were displaced so I was very happy when I saw you post that you had gotten it.

    Yay! Welcome back!

All the best wishes for your new home.

Maybe I'm projecting... but if you need it, give yourself permission to "fall apart" a little now that you have a stable home. The last couple of months must've been grueling for you.

I totally love it!!! I guess this is why it took me so long, I was not able to settle for something just for the sake of stability, and so kept looking until I found a really nice house.

Hee-hee! Yes, I finally live in an area that has not flooded in over 100 years of hurricanes, yeah!

Thank you everyone for the welcome back!

Wow, what a relief for you! I can't imagine having to deal with something like that. Sounds like you are good to go for another 100 years or so.
