    Thumbs up Another Cateye fan

When I came back to cycling after my hiatus, I had a 20 year old Cateye computer that I couldn't remember how to program or operate. I went to their website and someone had scanned the paper manual for that model and put it up as a free .pdf download.

Any company that cares that much about their customers being able to use something they bought before the internet even existed, is OK in my book.

No to mention... they made a computer that will still work after 20 years! That's impressive.

Anybody have any size 38/39 road or tri shoes you're looking to unload...I'm looking to turn something into a spin shoe for the gym. Beater shoe is OK.

    winter gear

Hi! Does anyone have any size L winter gear? this is my first winter of cycling, and i'm trying to train for a century in april, and i'm itching to get outside. (but i'm a grad student on a tight budget) i'm still not sure exactly what i'll need- any suggestions? (i live in austin, so my winters aren't as harsh, but it still gets a little cold)
    thanks!

Performance Transit Metro Pannier $25 + shipping

Single pannier works well for commuting and holds a laptop computer. Also works as a shoulder bag. I used this for a year or so, only on days I needed to carry the laptop (maybe once a week or less). But now I prefer using my Ortlieb Front Roller panniers to carry the laptop. Good condition.
Oil is good, grease is better.

Yes, I don't have time make a detailed inventory or post pics, but I did lose 35 lbs and have a bunch of stuff that fit me when I was a size L. For example, I have a shebeest windpro vest, size L, PI whipser vest size L, some L long and short sleeve jerseys, even arm and leg warmers that are all too big for me. I also have some tights that are marked medium but fit me when I was a large, and a nice large PI gavia full zip jersey that is a perfect jacket in south texas. We live so close the best may be for you to drive here one day/evening and just try on my too big stuff and see what suits you best. Send me a PM if that interests you.
