    Thx aicabsolut for chiming in...

I stopped by the shop that is hosting these. They are the first and only in our area. I got to take a peek in the room where the set up it. It's an 8 bike space. One of their big selling points is that it measures the watts of power. They had a couple open spots for the free trial left. Hmm, I'll have to think about it some more and check the home schedule.

At home... the kids, dog, DH, someone needs something... it gets to be too frustrating with the interuptions. Even at the gym if the kids are with me, the child care lady has come after me. When I pedal away from the house at least I have never had the state trooper come after me to come back home! *crosses fingers*

Oh, I see, so it's not one where you bring your own trainer? What kind of bikes are they? Cyclops? That's the one off the top of my head that I know of with power meters. That's pretty cool... I know that for those you can put on your own pedals and seat. Anyway, it sounds like a good improvement over your regular spin classes. I'd definitely do it if there were some in my area and I could afford it. I think there may be a place like that opening near me soon..
