CA, have you considered a suspension seatpost for your tandem? We used to have tandems (two Santanas). The first one did not have a suspension seat post, and I had lots of girly bits problems. The second had a Thudbuster seatpost, and it helped a lot! Just a thought...hope you can solve your issues with the Brooks.

We're hard to fit on a tandem, since we're really close in height.

Will try leveling it. As soon as we get a new seatpost bolt. DH managed to strip it....
CAMost days in life don't stand out, But life's about those days that will...
