That could be. I have a really comfy seat on my motorcycle, and don't go on terribly long rides, so I haven't ever noticed my seams.

Questions for the DG Jeans owners:

Do they shrink at all in length in their first wash/dry?

Do they do the denim usual tighten up in the wash/stretch out when you wear'em thing?

What temp water do you use to was them wash?
    Do you tumble them dry?

Okay, I freely admit I'm a just the teensiest bit neurotic about laundry, and about my feet sticking out of pants that don't fit 'just so.'

    1. Neither mine nor SKnot's shrank.
    2. They do the usual "tighten when you wash, loosen when you wear" denim thing.
    3. I wash all my laundry in cold water. All of it. (My hot isn't even turned on.)
    4. Tumble dry low (it's cheaper than high temp) or hang dry. Doesn't seem to make a difference for us.
    5. You can order an extra half inch to the inseam if you are worried about shrinkage. DG has their bazillion standard inseams at every inch for women, but you can request whatever you want.

    Whooo-HOOOO! Discount time!

Use the word "POSTCARD" in the comment section of the online order form for Diamond Gusset jeans www.gusset.com before August 10th.

If you enter the word and buy:

2 pair - free shirt and free shipping
3 pair - free shirt, free shipping, 5% off
4 pair - free shirt, free shipping, 10% off

I gotta order a couple more pair for SKnot and a pair for me and a pair for my fiancee. (*I* get the t-shirt... well, maybe SKnot gets it...)

Omigosh, how did I miss gusset jeans? A pair of these will change my cycling life, at least on days when the ride is short and moisture is not an issue.

I just called the company about sizing and they were very helpful. Thanks for posting and for reviving this thread!

DG went through a little re-do of their fits. (it was frightening, but I survived!)

Women's is down to 3 fits: tall tall waist (relaxed), comfy just below the belly button (regular), and sexy (backstage) http://www.gussetclothing.com/womdiamgusje.html

I am not sexy. I do not wear Backstage jeans.

I was very sad to see their button-fly shrink-to-fit men's jeans go by the wayside. I have 2 pair of those, and really love them. (the waist actually shrank to fit my dang little waist while the booty and thighs of the jeans stayed comfy)
