That's pretty rad about you being on the website.
I was going to say that that most of what you see with the third rider is to do with the movement of the suspension rather than undue movement of the rider, but you were here to stick up for yourself. 
None of those bikes look quite right fit-wise for the women riding them though. Well, in my untrained, that-doesn't-look-like-how-I-ride-comfortably opinion...
Drink coffee and do stupid things faster with more energy.
