I haven't tried it yet, but my mom has raved about it - especially for baking. I think mixed into ice cream, vanilla yogurt, or a smoothie, it could be excellent. She has also used it to make ginger-peanut salad dressing (Asian). Mmmmmmm! She's coming to visit in April, and I think she's going to bring me a jar. I'll try to remember to report back!

Emily -- brilliant! Imagine it sprinkled on soy-marinated chicken before grilling? Or mixed into noodles and spinach with sesame seeds? Trying to mix regular peanut butter into those is hard, but this sounds ideal! Do I have to order a whole case???? Yikes!

Now we need some powdered soy nut butter, for those of us who are allergic to peanuts...
I finally found some soy nut butter that doesn't have preservatives, taste like doo-doo, and it tastes just like pb.

The smallest amount you can buy is a 4 pack at the website, but people sell single jars on ebay (twice the cost per jar). Just get two or three other pb eaters to try it with you. I doubt you would have trouble finding a home for the extra jars if you don't like it. It is available in some stores, too. The closest one to here is NY, though. There is a search on the website.

The yogurt and smoothie ideas are GONNA happen. Vanilla designer whey protein shake with peanut butter favoring, WHOO HOO! Now that's a meal.

There are hundreds of recipes out there for cooking and baking with this stuff (cookies, breads, smoothies, stirfries, sauces, etc). I think I have a link on my home computer, so once I get it unpacked, I'll come back and post it here.

I went in with some friends to order this awhile back and I've still got most of the jar left. I've used it in smoothies and it's tasty...but as I'm not a huge PB fan, I'd rather just use a little of the real stuff. It is really good though. All the friends I placed the original order with have since ordered 4 more jars for themselves, they use it that much.

I've heard it rocks when sprinkled on ice cream or frozen yogurt!

Just checked the website that is listed in the very first post... there are over 100 recipes posted there as well. Sounds interesting enough -- I am a HUGE Skippy PB fan, so I'm not sure how I will do with this -- probably excellent for cooking, smoothies, etc., but when it comes to eating straight, really bad for you, creamy PB, I will likely stick to the real thing and deal with the fat and additives! But I am keeping an OPEN MIND!

Totally offtopic, but Jes, just saw in your signature that you're doing the 3-Day. I'm on the bike crew for the Atlanta and Wash DC 3-Days. Might have to add Seattle next year!
