Thanks for all the well wishes! I am starting to feel pretty beat up now, just took some pain killers to try to get to sleep. I hope I'll feel up to riding in the am, but I'll play it by ear.

Joe and I went mountain biking today at Banner Forest in Port Orchard. The drive over the Tacoma Narrows bridge was beautiful. Especially on our way back around 2 PM. The sun was shimmering on the water as we crossed. We had a great ride. It was a mud fest after last night's rain. Tomorrow our weather is supposed to be nicer so we are planning on doing a road ride.
Rest and heal up Trisk! A fall is never good and always (at least for me) feels worse the next day! Take care of yourself!!!!!
Hope you're feeling better. I know exactly what kind of stiffness you mean.
My ride was a 4 mile snow shoe. It was about 36 out, but when I got back, I was so hot that I asked my husband what the temperature was. I thought it must have been at least 42, because my gloves and headband were off after 5 minutes. And this was just on a neighborhood trail.
I know it sounds weird, but it felt like spring. The snow had that spring snow feeling.
