How do you like the big metal cleat on your shoe? I like how my Speedplays work, but that humungous cleat is really starting to bug me. Hubby uses Look pedals, and the cleat is smaller and also plastic. I like it better, but I scared to switch to a pedal with more restricted float and a tougher action to get in and out.
