I'm working my way towards getting back on my bike. I'm doing all my strengthening exercises for the hammies & glutes so me leg doesn't wobble. (nothing like not having a pcl ligament) I am doing most of the physio suggested exercises in the pool as it's so much easier to do one legged squats in water! (at least on the bad leg) I've borrowed a trainer & will work on making a complete circle with my right knee
So, i'm not committing to km's for Jan but i'd like to commit to spending 40min on the trainer each day if possible. I have no choice
Geez, between swimming, pilates, water based exercises, land bases exercises, beach walking, doggie walking and bike time i may actually have time to do something else!
