Not sure what the zoning is for your area, but if it is allowed, you might want to consider a pair of geese. They are very territorial and make excellent guard animals. Trust me, it is very hard to sneak up on and around a couple of vigilant geese!!!

Geese broke my uncle's ribs. And they, um, poop a lot. I guess that's a deterrent in itself.

We have an alarm & our doggieeeeee..She looks like a lovely dog but if you're someone she doesn't know & ya come near our house make that our car as well..
