Offseason I don't have a plan. If I feel like doing drills for half an hour, that's what I do. If I find some extra oomph somewhere and feel like going an hour then that's what I do.

( oh and I feel your pain with the pool hours. once HS swim team practice starts in Dec, I can only get in on w/e until Mid Feb)
