For me laser and electrolysis feel about the same. Not that painful. with either they will usually offer you numbing cream. You should ask about it. However, I just take some tylenol and don't find it to be too bad.
Laser just didn't seem to be giving me good results. But I may not have stuck with it long enough. I think that everyone responds differently.
But still it will take a long time. Probably one or two years.
For instance, you will probably have 4 to 6 sessions over this winter then need touch up next year.
Again, having done both, I think that I would investigate and try laser first and then depending on how it goes follow up with electrolysis
