Under the Knife - Please TE send some good thoughts to my BIL

    To disable ads, please log-in.

Would you please all send some good thoughts the way of my BIL for his surgery. He should be going under the knife right about now. A week and a half or so ago, he was diagnosed with colon cancer that has involvement in his liver. They will go in today and take out the colon mass and take a look at the liver and surrounding areas to see if anything else is involved. Hoping that only one lobe of the liver is affected! Got my fingers crossed!

Spoke sending prayers your BIL's way.

It's amazing, now that I had my colon cancer surgery, how many people are "touched" by this cancer. We all hear alot about breast cancer - but tend to ignore colon cancer.

A young man I got to know after my cancer was diagnosed, also had liver involved colon cancer. He went through a year of chemo and then surgery and he just let us all know it appears he is clean. Praise God and all the prayers sent his way.

Trust in the doctors, trust in Him. Be there for your BIL and his family. They will need your comfort and support.

Many many flying swirling healing butterflies headed your BIL's way, and, yes, they know to not get in the way of the surgeons!

    Hugs and butterflies,

Sending healing energy to you all.

My next door neighbour's son had colon cancer a few years ago. He's absolutely fine now. Also the liver is the one organ in the body that is very good at regenerating itself so take heart.
There are a lot of unwanted, unloved bikes out there - go on give a bike a good home
