1688 outdoor miles. Ride for fun. Aim for 130-150mi/week.
We (DH and I) ride for us alone. We don't race. We don't compare ourselves to others. We do it for fitness and as a stress reliever. Nothing better than a fast 30 miles on Friday night to get rid of the week's stress, except maybe a long ride on Saturday or Sunday.
I do keep track of indoor and outdoor miles on bikejournal, but more for curiousity than anything else.
