    Fabulous news, Mak

my ma-in-law was the same. She had a knee replacement op, and was given exercises to do, which she did religiously. And they lopped a week and a half off the time she had to wait til she could drive.

Just shows that sometimes those docs and physios really do know what they're talking about!

So pleased you have been out - cabin fever can be soul-destroying.

Courage does not always roar. Sometimes, it is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying,
    "I will try again tomorrow".

    Excellent

I hope the weather is behaving? How're your energy levels? That is the one thing I notice after surgery is I tire more easily.

It sounds like you are healing perfectly and will be back to normal riding in no time.

It is a typical summer day here in the Ohio Valley - sunny, hot and humid. I love this weather (strange I know)

My energy levels are okay - I'm tired but I think it is more a mental fatigue than a physical fatigue. My counselor suggested I start taking Melatonin at night to help me sleep and it has indeed helped the past two nights. I think as I sort things out in my head and come to terms with each item the mental fatigue will slowly vanish. It is a slow process and I just have to be patient.
