That makes me chuckle since it's just a combo of my first/last names!
I'm gonna start doing Yoga, since I keep hearing that it can really make a difference in one's cycling. I gotta figure out a way to stick with trying to loose 30 pounds, for a variety of reasons, the least of which is that 30 fewer pounds is lighter on the bike! And I'm gonna ride like the wind!, once Team Four Whirled Peas is home on Sunday. Everyday, if I'm not working, I'm out on the bike!
So that's the plan for now!

Just cuious, what's ALC 7? I assume a race of some sort.
I'll be happy to simply do a century some day. How many days does that take? Good for you for going for it!
