Thanks for the link. I know that I will ride the bike more if I can ride it either with cleats or without and I am so excited about the new bike - it felt great- I get to pick itup next week.

The new bike is a 2006 Jamis Quest WSD- I know it is nothing to get all worked up about - but I really like it (I liked the color of the 2006 better than the 2007) - I pick it up on Monday. And still deciding which pedals to put on it.
