    Knotted, these are lavender.
There is a world of difference between lavender and purple
And it even *said* so at the bottom
I would *not* put them together with the flip-flops either

lavender, periwinkle, plum, marguerite, eggplant.... not purple?

thank you for saving me from a fashion faux pas, and thereby keeping me from buying purple socks. (gray is good!)

I still got a hankerin' for those purple flip-flops, though.
(they're 1/3 the money for a triple for Flossie. Must restrain myself for my bike's sake!)

Skip the flips. Get the Flossie triple.

    There.

Lisa - Thank you. I must keep my priorities straight. 4th pair of Chacos vs. Sugino triple for Flossie.

    sigh.

I'm wearing the ankle-high manmade fiber Injinjis today. I wore toe-socks all but one day this week. Intend to wear them all weekend, too.

The artificial fiber ones are cooler (temp wise) than the wool. When it was hot yesterday that would've been good. My feet got a little over-heated in the wool toe-socks.

Anybody tried the cotton ones yet? Or the tabi socks?

    Wool Injinji update.

Maybe it's poor quality wool. Maybe it's my killer toenails. Maybe toe-sock gremlins crept into my sock drawer and chewed on 'em.

But my wool toe-socks have holes.

The man-made fiber ones do NOT have holes. (and I've had them longer and worn them more.)

Still love the Injinjis, but my next pair will be the manmade fiber again.

I love your socks. Wondered if 'toe' socks would be uncomfortable. I might have to try some, my feet are always cold.

    Knot, thanks for the update.

Those socks make me wonder though....if mittens keep your hands warmer than gloves, then wouldn't regular socks keep your toes warmer than toe-d socks??
