    Geez, I forgot.
I'm also extra fluffy (1x). I like the SheBeest Triple S. It's what I wore during the 300K(190 miles) I did on Saturday

    Celeste,
You should phone the TE store and just ask their advice- they are all cycling women there with lots of experience in helping find the right short for the right woman- of any size and shape and riding needs.

I'm kinda voting for the saddle. When I was 1x and 2x my biggest problem was the saddle, so I'm biased.

I wore the cheapest Nashbar-special shorts, but once I switched to a Terry Sport saddle (which they don't make anymore) the world was a better place. I still have one pair of my 1x shorts, which I wear as liner shorts. (they are waaay to big now to wear alone)

Nowadays I ride on a Brooks B67, and want a Brooks B68 for my other bike.

My first thought it always going to be the saddle, so take my 2 cents with a grain of salt!

    New Seat!

Thanks ladies!! I appreciate the input! Today I purchased the Selle SMP Strike TRK. Pretty odd looking but hopefully it will do the trick.

Toodled around my neighborhood for a bit over 10 miles and so far so good. I will take it on my training ride on Saturday for the real test. We are scheduled to do 62 miles with some moderate hills.

I had ordered a Falcon X but something was wrong with the rails and they wouild not fit my bike...so back it went and I will try the Selle out for now.
I just keep telling myself..."I am the Tortise; slow and steady finishes the race." I am the Tortise, coo coo ca choo.
