Yikes! roly-poly and little are rarely descriptors of the same item!

The nurse actually wrapped my arm in a heat pack before she even started trying. She knew I was probably dehydrated already. I don't know if she was bad at it, or just made a poor judgement by trying that vein first. What I do know is that by the end of the day at work yesterday my hand was aching pretty good. Guess that's what happens.

Oh, yes, and I even asked for an extra blanket when I was laying there waiting to go into the procedure. I was pretty much cold by the first evening of clear liquids only....Luckily I've warmed up now!
