Hey Grog,

I was planning on sending you a note. If I end up coming to Van, I was wondering if we might go for a ride. I'll be "training through" the marathon. I think that the race is on Sunday, so I'd like to ride about 2 hours on Saturday. You might not be up to it if you're running, but maybe you know someone else who would like to go out for a casual cruise?

I'll probably be riding with my club. Just PM-me when you know you're coming and the chicks will gladly take you on board for a ride!
