Trying to get back into my running. Right now it's still a walk/run combo as I'm running about a 12 min mile. I guess that's better than people sitting on the couch! I did a great outside run today, and tried it again today but had no stamina. I thought running 2 days in a row was supposed to make the second day easier, but it definitely didn't. I walked much more than I ran today and feel pretty defeated.
