20 min warm up with 2 fast minutes thrown inbetween
7 min power @50-60 cadence
3 minutes >100 cadence
7 min power @50-60 cadence
3 minutes >100 cadence
7 min power @50-60 cadence
3 minutes >100 cadence
7 min power @50-60 cadence
8 minutes easy
