BodyMedia or BodyBugg and Cycling
Has anybody used the BodyMedia or BodyBugg devices while cycling? I used it last year for around 4 months non-stop and was able to loose at least 12 pounds by entering calories consumed and keeping a close eye to the calorie deficits. But I was barely exercising then. Now, that I'm cycling at least 4 times per week, burning around 500 calories per session, I'm planning to renew the BM membership to start tracking closely my calorie deficits. I have been doing Weight Watchers for a while but haven't been able to loose one pound but at least I'm not gaining any weight. I don't know how to control all the points specially the days that I'm cycling and I think I'm making way too many bad choices. I need a close monitor of activities, steps and calorie intake in order to keep myself accountable. Plus I love to see all the reports and graphics included in the plan manager.
Has anyone used any of these devices while cycling and was able to loose weight successfully?
