Frappucino because I needed the caffeine while out running errands
Pineapple, coconut milk and strawberry smoothie, beef sandwich on whole wheat bun
2 dark chocolate granola squares with a large blob of almond butter on each
Ikea food : Meatballs, mashed potatoes, gravy, salad, bottle of water

Yesterday:
Cereal, 1% milk, OJ
Beef sandwich with chipotle BBQ sauce on ww bun
Handful of wasabi peas
2 glasses of wine (white and red), small bits of chicken with broccoli, cracked wheat with veggies, salad, cheese. I didn't eat the dessert because I don't like the whole tofu-in-place-of-dairy thing, and I don't like dates either.
Two slices cinnamon toast with almond butter, glass of milk
