Did 5 miles on the bridge, my version of hill repeats. Up 5 times. It is summer in Florida. I have 2 1/2 months of training in this heat. My thought has been the heat & humidity will make me tough, since I can't train at altitude. Not sure if it will work, but it is making my runs very tough! This weekend is 14 miles. Since I normally do half marathons, and have only trained for one marathon, I am facing challenging distances.
