I'm with you SK - I adore brussel sprouts - we're having an Indian-theme Thanksging (Asian Indian, not American Indian) and one of the dishes is brussels with indian spices - yum. I love 'em "hashed" with olive oil, garlic and pine nuts and a squeeze of lemon too. I have converted many a brussel sprout hater... but I dont mind eating with sprout-haters either - more for me!
