Hi! I am brand new to this board and getting into cycling after having my little guy six months ago. Once he turned six months, I figured I have to get serious. I have the last 7 pounds to lose so I'm hoping this helps too...
Can anyone recommend a training plan for me. I have to ask my husband to watch Jack while I ride (which he is totally supportive of!) so I'll be lucky to get out 3-4 times per week to ride. Should I go for miles or try to do a mix of hills and miles? I've ridden two days so far ... 11 miles w/a lot of hills (hard not to do in hills in SoCal) and then 6 miles the next day with some hills.
I really want to get some momentum or else I'm afraid I'll stop!
