Thank you! Everyone is so nice here!

I just started riding and I think it is making me even more aware of what I am eating. I just dont get the mentality of some riders that do it so they can eat junk! I want to eat so that I can ride harder and longer!

No, I don't normally travel with my bike (in fact I'm a little apprehensive about getting my bike there and still haven't decided how I'm going to do that). My sister lives in Dallas and does this ride every year. She invited me to ride with her this year. We don't get to spend a lot of time together so I'm really excited about going!

Oh yeah - a raw food restaurant opened this year in Flagler Beach called the Almond Blossom Cafe, and the one time we ate there it was really, really good! I don't know much about raw cuisine and wasn't quite sure what to expect, but I was really impressed. I hope the place can make a go of it - it's tough for restaurants in the best of times, and these aren't the best of times.
I would be nervous about my bike too. How cool that you and your sis can do it together. Awesome!

Raw food restaurant... wow! that is daring in FL!! I would love to try something like that. Do you know if they are on Happy Cow?
