Good news for pale legs!

I talked with De Soto and TE yesterday - it's official! DeSoto is coming out with "leg coolers" sometime in the next year! Like the arm coolers, I'm sure that I'll still need to apply sunscreen to my legs, but it may help reduce the uncomfortable prickly heat rash I get and perhaps the top of knees and back of calves sunburn I get on summer rides too! In the meantime, I have ordered a pair of large arm coolers, to see it I can get them up and over my knees to use! I wore DeFeet sunskins for arms on my legs last summer, and it did help, although the tops really dug into my little drumstick thighs like tight garters! Tokie

I'm thinking about getting a pair of DeSoto's tri capris (I don't like big chamois anyway) for riding so I get less sun on my thighs.
