    Aquathon anyone?

Recently heard of an Aquathon in Colorado... anyone participated in one? I know there's no cycling involved, but sounds like a fun variation to the regular Tri....

You're not someone's girlfriend and you're not someone's mother. For that moment, at least, all you have to be is a cyclist." -Kimberly Grob

What is an Aquathon? Other than a very skimpy bikini.

The length and order typically depends, but it is a run/swim combo event. Sometimes 3mile run, mile swim, 3 mile run... etc etc.

LoneStar: Never heard of one but I had to post and tell you I Love your signature line!
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand, strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming: "Yeah Baby! What a Ride!"

    swim-bike races in USA!

If you take a look at the USATriathlon website, there are several races this year (IM and 1/2IM I believe) that are offering a swim-bike as a separate category for those who cannot run.
