    Favorite Manufacturer?

If you had to purchase shorts and jerseys from one only manufacturer, who would you pick? Basically, who is your overall go-to apparel manufacturer. Here are my thoughts on a few companies...

I have a couple pairs of Pearl Izumi shorts and love the fit but the durability is terrible (had signs of wear after two rides!) and I only have one jersey which I never wear because I don't like it (elastic at the bottom). Overall, I would not pick this company

I've been eyeing Louis Garneau but have yet to try anything. My husband has a couple of their items (one pair of shorts and one jersey) and likes them a lot.

I have one pair of cannondale shorts which are OK, good durability but not as nice fit as the PIs. I haven't tried a jersey.

I have a couple off brand shorts and jerseys that are nice, but I can't remember the maker.

I have a Shebeest jerseys and LOVE them. They're a really good length with no elastic. They're always first in the wash when they're dirty so I can wear again. I have yet to try the shorts but have read good reviews. Overall, I think this would be my go to company.

    Who do you like?

Pearl Izumi would be my pick. The Ultrasensor and Short Cut short fit me perfect and I love the jerseys and all the other stuff they make!

Wow, that's a tough one. For shorts, I love my Pearl Izumi's. For jerseys, I have two favorite manufacturers -- Shebeest and Sugoi. I haven't tried the Shebeest shorts yet. I have a pair of Sugoi shorts that I bought on a friend's recommendation. I wasn't crazy about them at first but they've been growing on me lately. Maybe they just needed to be washed a couple of times to make them more comfortable. Sugoi makes my favorite running stuff too so I guess I'd choose them if I had to narrow it down to just one manufacturer.

    Shebeest

I love both Shebeest jerseys & shorts. Performance Ultra (and to my knowledge only the Ultra) shorts have a chamois that appears to be identical to the Shebeest (SHElastic) except they differ in color. Until I tried the SHElastic chamois I was a PI Ultrasensor fan.

Probably I'd go with Sugoi. I have lots of their shorts, a few jerseys and my rain jacket is from them.

I have two - a different vendor for shorts and jerseys.

I wear Pearl Izumi Ultrasensor shorts, and I find that I can get several seasons of wear out of them. I have 4 pairs - ideal for me is probably 5, but 4 works.

For jerseys, all but one of my jerseys are Shebeest. One requirement for me is no elastic in the hem, and Shebeest usually has a good selection that meets that need. Plus in the warm weather I really prefer sleeveless jerseys. As the temperature decreases I switch to my few short-sleeved jerseys and add arm warmers.
