Ok ladies--I need some help.
In all of my tris that are longer than a sprint AND in my bricks that have runs that are more than 3 miles, my feet fall asleep on the run. After 3 miles of running, I do not feel my feet anymore. I feel like I am running on ankles--seriously. I swear it slows me down, because I obsess and worry and stress about my stupid feet. I have tried bigger running shoes, alas, they still fall asleep.
So here are some suggestions that I have heard, but I would LOVE to hear from you, because I am getting a bit irritated.
1. Compression socks -- but when?
2. New bike fitting
3. Electrolyte imbalance
4. New bike shoes
Anyone else loose their feet during tris?!? Driving me nuts!
