    Not quite tights

Does anyone have a favorite to recommend? I want something that's not as fitted as real tights, but narrow enough at the leg that I can bike without strapping them down. I'm 5'4" if that matters.

    Thanks,
    Pam

No specific recommendations, but a lot of running companies sell baggy tights like this: http://www.pearlizumi.com/product.ph...318586&outlet= The only downside is that they're not padded (if that matters to you). I tend to wear shorts under unpadded tights by choice anyway...

Several of these pants come in short lengths and have skinny ankles...

I have a pair of Hinds like this: http://www.teamestrogen.com/prodSH_0680.html which I use on the bike, for running, and as pajamas. They come in 3 different lengths.

ETA: I think these are made in Portland OR. Some Sporthill is, some isn't. I'm gonna have to give SusanO a call and find out. Origin is not in the catalog description... yet.

Country of Origin in our accounting database is United Stated. Last updated 2008.

We migrated to our latest website platform in August 2008. Some products that pre-dated that migration have not had all the attribute fields defined in the new website database. That happens to be one of them. Sorry about that! Most of the older products have gone away in the past year and a half, but this pant is a tried and true Sporthill staple. It ain't broke so they ain't fixin' it!

Sorry about the lack of info on this one. Don't hesitate to call our customer service # if you need some info on a product that's lacking. 877-310-4592.

No product recommendations, but TE is great at providing inseam length on their products.

Height doesn't matter. Inseam length does.

I'm a half inch shorter than you but most tights are too short.

I like Sporthill's stuff. It's a little pricey, but it lasts forever. Their 3SP material is the warmest. Swift is a medium weight. I live in my 3SP XC pants all winter. Love 'em.

Very true. I'm the same height and all pants are too long (even petites) for me. Go figure.
