So I ordered these cool new water bottles called gel-bots. They include an interior tube that holds two gels with a 24 ounce water bottle. Very cool. I got them today and Hammer Nutrition sent me samples of EVERYTHING they make. Every gel, shake, drink, and a book and video of their research and products. Wow!

Yeah, Hammer is cool about sending "freebies". I got a bunch with an order, but I haven't really tried many/much yet. I have great big containers of my "other" stuff I normally drink on long rides. But I plan to try some of their stuff, too!
