Smile After the Shiner Gasp ride, then what?

Well the Shiner Gasp is in two weeks... can't wait!! Already I am wondering what other rides to try. I am a newbie but loving my new love of cycling and just wondering if anyone can suggest anouther ride after this upcoming one (which is my first). I am from Austin so any suggestions would be great.
    Thanks

    Try this site: http://www.bicycletexas.com/tx_bike_rides.htm

I have done quite a few of these or someone on here has, just ask. The Armadillo on May 10th is an excellent ride.

Make the drive to Wichita Falls in August for the Hotter Than Hell. Well worth the trip.
