How's everybody doing and dealing post-Thanksgiving?
I lost 3.25 pounds in two weeks (we didn't have an official weigh-in last week). This is super astonishing to me because at my gym's scale, I had gained 6 pounds last week.Go figure. I've lost 22.75 pounds total.

I am merely focusing on maintaining and hopefully building more lean muscle. I have been maintaining for 3/4 of a year now. It is wonderful, With all I burn off, I need to consume about 2200 calories.
I've never been 'thin' and I don't expect to be. I'm muscular and I like that about myself, but I'm also carrying too much excess fat for my liking.
