Over the past 3 years I have had numerous overuse injuries and strength imbalances with my body. Knee, achilles tendon, and my neck/upper back TWICE! Some friends suggested that I try taking yoga. I tried yoga in the past and wasn't too into it, but if it will help me build strength/stability in those hard to find places, I am ready to give it another shot. There is a school in my town, however, I can't alter my schedule to fit until late July, so in the meantime, I thought I would buy a DVD. Any suggestions? I don't know anything about yoga!
