It was 55 F here today, I had a fab run with a stiff Gorge breeze to cool me off.

You have my deepest sympathy, Running Mommy. Yes, I know, you actually enjoyed it.

We had some snow, some wind, then some sunshine and no wind, and 12 degrees. I was stuck at work, and couldn't enjoy it. Tomorrow, 21, and Friday 28! Woo-hoo! I can't wait for that! 80s - that I can wait for. Some of us live in the upper midwest because we love it!

Sorry, RM, I don't miss it, because 80 degrees in February, means 115 in May...

We are going to have 50s starting on Monday and as far as I'm concerned, that's the start of the cycling season. This weekend, I will enjoy the last of the winter sports, unless I get up north before the end of March.

Ooh I'm so jealous. Today it was so cold when I went to the barn my nose hairs froze and I forgot to breathe (no kidding, I had to remind myself to inhale the air). Tomorrow is going to be colder, though, at -30 C (so about -22 F).

I neeeeeeed to move somewhere warmer. Being born in New Mexico makes me predisposed to hating the cold.

Virginia is a nice compromise - and the humidity is good for your skin...

That's so funny you said that. I used to live in Maryland after moving from NM when I was pretty young. Oh the Humidity! I have to say I prefer a dry heat, but after a few years here I think I'd suck it up and move back.

    hot

It's 40C here in Perth @ 1:30pm...I'll join you RM in ducking..

There's no breeze out there and it's just HOT!!!

I wanted to go for my short outside ride tonight but if it's still really hot when i get home i'll just venture onto the trainer. A trainer in our air conditioned(reverse cycle..) house.

    Argh..

You could come to Calgary. It was +10C when I went to work this afternoon. For the last week everyone on the bike path has been wearing shorts.

It's only 24c here in Auckland............. it feels like 10c hotter !!!!! Light breeze and hideous humidity ........... but i did manage to get out on a 25km bike ride this morning..... less than 3 weeks after surgery so I'm very happy

Sounds cool. I live in Forest Lawn but I'd be glad to meet up anywhere that's accessible by the bike paths. Are you going to be riding at all while you're here?
