I like turnstep.com for aerobics routines. They're user-submitted, so the amount of information in each routine varies. But by the same token, there's a lot of content there.

What kind of spin classes are going to teach. I have been teaching spin, but on my own road bike with a trainer. I can help with that. I do a 12 week program.

There are several certification programs (most gyms require certification for obvious reasons--health and safety of the participants). Reebok has one; there are others, too. You might want to post further down in the Spinning topic.

If you're looking to become an instructor, I would suggest you go through a certification program such as Spinning or Reebok.

If you just want to find some routines or profiles to use, my favorite source is www.pedal-on.com.
If you can read this, take a pull.
