ok, so it's not a big milestone, but i really pushed myself and i got up past my marker and went another 20 ft. it was a proud moment,b/c it means my work is paying off. i can't wait to keep getting better.

I know just what you mean. I love those moments when it just seems to come together - I can do it, I can do it... I DID IT!

Well, I think an extra 20 feet is pretty neat. That's 20 more feet of a good downhill <-- imagine bugs there.

I'll bet I couldn't go up that hill -- not any big hills around here so I'm sure I have NO hill ability! Way to go, girl!

Whoo hoo!!! congratulations 20 ft on a hill can be alot!

I have one hill I ride up on every once in awhile. I always had to stop at a certain spot, get my breath and strength back before I could make it to the top.
It was miserable BUT was the hill that I learned the most on, it taught me how to shift and pace myself. Finally one day I made it all the way up!

    Keep up the good work

Well done Colleen - most excellent

Courage does not always roar. Sometimes, it is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying,
    "I will try again tomorrow".
