I'm thinking of getting one. What I want is one that will give me min/mile or min/mile. it says it gives you the pace but do they mean miles/hour or min/mile. I'm training for a 10k and need this. It says on their web site it gives you the pace, which doesn't answer my question.

It will give you either one depending on which sport you choose. Running gives you pace Cycling gives you speed in m/hr.

I just used dh's Garmin on a bike ride and had the sport set for "run." I was very confused when it said my pace was 4. Here I was thinking it was totally messed up--4 m/h??? Now I get it . . . it was saying my pace was 4 minute miles.
