Unless there was some reason that she was unable to be there (i.e., a medical emergency or sick child) that is totally unacceptable (and unprofessional). If she has been a "no show" before and has done this again, yes, she should be dealt with (and let go, IMHO). Did you find out why she was a no show? There may have been a valid reason...Just curious.
