I'm +.5 this week. I was pretty sluggish and didn't work out much. For some reason my energy level has just dropped completely, making things pretty difficult.

I am -1.5, -4 overall.
I forgot to weigh myself this morning, so I'll have to do that this evening when I get home from work, but.... how did everyone's week go?
I'm up 1 pound. My mom and sister visited for 4 days this past weekend, though, so I'm happy with only gaining one pound. I've incorportated pilates into my daily routine, as well.
