I have read and re-read the Steve Hogg info on the SMP, and it is very helpful. What I can't seem to figure out is whether
the SMP saddles will have that "wing effect" and cause me to get the inner...
Muirenn, I am indeed playing musical saddles because I can't find one that works for genital area,
sit bones and doesn't chafe. After realizing the b68 is impossible in the nose area, I went back...
Never mind; I thought there was a difference between the two in terms of width.
I am now looking in to sending the B67 to Selle Anatomica for a cut-out. Have you
heard if this helps with nose...
Do you think the extra 2 mm in width makes a difference?
Hi-
Tries the Selle Anatomica, and really thought it worked.
No matter how far back I put it, the rivets hurt. So....
I am going to try the B68 Imperial now since the b68

I am a bit leery of writing this, but I think the saddle that MAY work (Famous last words) after trying 25-30
is the Bontrager Affinity WSD. I really appreciate all who wrote in to help.
Never mind; I think the Bontrager Affinity is my new keeper!!
Thanks to all of you who had info up about the saddle.

Hi-
Wanted to like the Brooks saddles, but just can't.
Got 2 from Ebay at 80$ each that I can't use. I would
like 70$, but make me an offer and we can decide.
Thanks,
Michelle
Hi All-
In case there are a few of you lurking about trying to get more saddle info, here is an update.
The Brooks did not work and never would because of the squish of the girl parts. So, sold it...
I have worked for a year trying to change my leg strength imbalance, to no avail.
Finally I just said forget it and decided to enjoy the riding and not stress over it.

+1 on the Jamis. I have the Bosa Nova from Jamis and it made me change over completely to
steel frames. Also great thought on bike fit. If you don't get a professional fit, and the bike never...
Hi All-
Anyone have a Brooks b68 they are willing to sell?

Hey there-
I use "Chamois Butt'r" and have never gotten a rash from it. As for shorts, the closest I have found for long distance is the Terry Long short with the pink pad.
They are $100.00, but...
Thank you very much for the info. Quite useful.
Hi All-
Biking is such an easy thing, right? Well, I think I may have been doing it "wrong" for awhile!! DOH!
Outer quads are doing too much work and feel fatigued after more than 20 miles. ...
Thanks for the reply. I got a B17 on ebay yesterday. How long until your sit-bones didn't hurt?
The saddle quest continues, much to my irritation. Brooks seems to be the only saddle that does not cause inner chafing
for me. (Where the leg meets the pelvis). Had a Brooks B17, liked it until...
Hey there-
I have been using the Lithia 155 for 3 years, and completed a 200 mile ride with not much problem. Started outside this year, and got boils

Have you tried a steel bike? You can get a really nice and light steel that makes riding on and off road much nicer, in my opinion.
I much prefer steel to carbon.
Hi All-
I have wanted a custom bike for awhile, but I was wondering if you gals could answer some questions for me, particularly if you
have a custom bike, whether you were happy with the purchase...
Hi Ladies-
It is a Road machine. It is listed on Craig's list also.

Brand new Kurt Kinetic trainer: 265.00 Used twice, and then I discovered I don't
like riding inside. If you need it mailed, I will need 50.00 for delivery. Really nice
ride, just not for me.
