i have alot of issues with bike saddles related to pelvic floor muscle issues and other stuff...i have heard from folks that custom saddles exist....now the question is....WHERE? anyone got some...

specifically asking this of knottedyet since she seems to know so much

i have pelvic floor issues, lichen sclerosus and vestibulitis - the last 2 are under control more or less but the pelvic...

I went to see the doctor and as it turns out...it WAS an allergic reaction to the neosporin and now all seems to be better again...

That's great that you will be back on the bike again and that you don't need PT...i'm guessing my broken bone may have been a tad worse than yours. i still don't have full motion...

Well.....it finally happened...my first bike crash and i broke a bone : (
Broke my left shoulder (luckily i'm a righty). Thankful i don't need surgery but the doctor is saying...

Ah yes - this sounds all too familiar - and i keep falling on the same spot on my right knee to make matters worse.... ; )

are you getting off your seat when you stop?? this was my biggest...

any tricks here other than just practicing.... i have alot of trouble removing even one hand from the handlebar - bike tends to swirve (sp?) - want to eventually be able to reach down and drink water...

So I've "mastered" starting and stopping with my clipless....now working on steering with one hand removed....any tricks here other than practice? i'm a righty and for some reason it's easier to...

It was COLD this morning - i stayed at the track until my fingers started burning from the cold (guess my pearl izumi cyclone gloves are only good for 40 degrees+) ....... but I DID IT!! I practice...
