does anyone else experience MORE pain after waxing/shaving your nether regions?
I find the hair possibly provides protection if you will from rubbing and what not.

I've noticed that the day after having a big fight with my significant other can really effect my cycling the next day.
I am just off point and not entirely in to it, all over effecting my cycling...
oh yes, I have a diva cup, best thing ever!
How does it effect you?
positive, negative?
Love to hear your thoughts.
what is THAT suppose to even mean?
any clue what causes this? too much water? not enough water? it cant be too much water because I was making sure i wasnt over doing it, any clue?
it gets even worse when I breathe in really deeply.
then maybe youre suppose to weight more than you think?
I dunno I tried to keep my weight a minimal for my height and it didnt work, i was irritable, moody, and my stamina was shitty. I'm back to my...
TWO pounds? are you joking.
bought some new shorts today, TOTAL win.
no chaffing what so ever. I love them!!
my shorts I currently use fit perfectly fine, like a glove.
not even a year old, got them in August 2011.
RC Pro is the make.
yeah im trying new shorts and THEN a new saddle to see whats causing my girly bits to become red hot.
I keep reading about those!
what are the best shorts you've come across?
my Sugio's chamois pad has become way too cloth-y and causes major chaffing.
not for light daily commuting btw.
thanks!!
ps i use Sugoi's RC Pro, but the padded area is REALLY clothy, which no doubt contributed to my chaffed ***.
i've read on other forums some people actually develop raw calloused areas in the nether region from riding so much, which, actually in turn, helps you not feel so chaffed and sore.
does anyone...
id rather not "grin and bear it" because it keeps me off my saddle for awhile while i let it heal. not to mention its EXCRUCIATING pain that seems to be avoidable. I seem like the only one who gets...
yeah it happened to me when i wasnt eating nearly enough and was underweight. I was SO focused that being thinner was better for an athlete, WRONG. my body kept trying to get back to its normal...
so I only get wheezy if I REALLY push myself physically [even for a short effort] and my HR reaches its peak. Sometimes I'll feel it during my rides, like my lungs are irritated and I HAVE to cough....
I SO WISH bidets were an american thing too
wait, so you dont wash your crotch after rides????!
also let me add my shorts fit perfectly, bike is fitted for me.
I use chamois but iguess not enough in that area...it never happened until now since its getting hotter outside and i ride for longer.
but my saddle IS a cut out saddle by Terry
