Nice work Reesha.
65.4kg this week. Given the lack of exercise and abundance of snacks over the last few days, I'll take that happily.

Nice work Reesha.
65.4kg this week. Given the lack of exercise and abundance of snacks over the last few days, I'll take that happily.
Sorry, didn't weigh in last week. 65.3kg this morning and aiming for 63.5kg this time around.
Finished this challenge on 65.0 kg. Aiming for 63.5kg next time.
Oops. Forgot to weigh in over the weekend. 64.9kg today.
65.2kg.
65.8kg this week.
(I should have gone to the gym right before dinner instead of right after... :p)
Coughing and snotting FTW. Almost no exercise in the last two weeks, yet down to 65.3kg.
No weigh-in this weekend because I haven't made it to the gym. Hopefully all the coughing and snotting will have burned a calorie or two...
Still 66.1kg.
66.1kg today.
Starting weight 66.0kg, goal weight 64.0kg.
Didn't weigh in last week because germy-germs kept me away from the gym. This week cruel hormones have me up to 66.2kgs again. I'm sure next week's numbers will be much more bearable.
65.6kg this week. As you can see, I didn't try very hard this week.
65.4kg :)
Oops. Up to 66.1kg again this week. I guess the four day holiday that stopped me weighing in last Friday didn't do me so much good... :p
Managed to get back to the gym tonight and the scale said 65.5kg.
Too many snotty germs for a trip to the gym tonight, so no weighing to be had for now.
Yes. Very sneaky. I like it. :D
Happy birthday Mel.
66.2 kg tonight. :)
So I weighed myself at the gym last night. 66.5kg, aiming for 64kg. I don't mind if you'd rather turn that into pounds, but a line for those of us working in kg would be nice because then we wouldn't...
Count me in then. I'm still wearing last winter's insulation  - a little accountability shouldn't hurt. I'll let you know my goal weight once I've figured out my 'now' weight.
When you see a better one for a really good price? :p
Generally, you just replace the parts of the crankset as the wear out. Chances are the bottom bracket will go first (unless you only ever ride...
By the time it's 35 degrees, who doesn't smell a bit? It's handy to have a bunch of eleven and twelve year olds to blame... ;)
I am very glad to be in a new (opened in 2007) classroom block that...
The thing is, unless someone really reeks, I don't notice the smell in my own classroom. But it's so obvious if I go into someone else's room. I guess I've just become immune to my lot. :p
A carbon fibre pumpkin. Now that really is a gift for the person who has everything... :p
