Have them on ALL my bikes! :)
I try to minimize the amount of water. I just spray on bike-wash liberally and start gently to remove gritty dirt, and dry it well. I remove the chain and clean it and the rear cassette separately...
I use this on a few bikes. It's easy to adjust because I need different angles depending on where I am. I love it, and I've gotten used to it. I like being able to see if my sweetie is still on my...
Slow and steady is gonna be my approach! Come ride the back of the pack with me! :)
No help - I have one and have never turned it on... :(
This looks like a fabulous ride - AMAZING route, that's for sure! Grand Junction, Cederedge, Ouray, Durango, Cortez, Telluride and finishing at Gateway Canyon. http://www.109west.com It sounds...
Can you adjust the fit of the road bike (cheaply) to simulate the fit of the CX bike? Sometimes just adjusting the saddle up/down, fore/aft or swapping/flipping the stem can make huge differences.
The first blog is posted! Thanks everyone!!! http://ridetherockies.com/2013/04/training-for-hills-when-life-gives-you-pancakes-2/
For me, it's waiting for the occasion to come up that's perfect for the bike waiting to be built. I had components I needed to build up a climbing bike, so a week before the climbing ride, I had no...
Oh. There will be pixie dust. There will. :)
I've done it twice - third attempt was rained out. It's a wonderful ride, great support, and really interesting route. The final climb up Burkhalter's Gap is legendary - but fun! One time I did it...
For grammatical reasons, I thought I needed the quotes. :p
I'm 5'4" too, and my Colnagos range from 48-51, because their geometry changes often. I find that if the toptube measurement is good, the rest will follow. So, they all have around a 51-52cm...
Honored to call you "friend"!!! Loved racing with you last year, can't wait to crew/support you this year!!! :)
Awesome! Thank you all so much! There's still a second round, but it looks like I'll actually get enough votes to get to that round! WOOHOO!!!
Thanks!!! Every vote counts!!!! I'm really excited about this. I'm hoping to start writing more about cycling in real life and less about technology. It's boring being a geek! :)
Hello ladies!! As you might recall, I ride in Ride the Rockies every year I can. They are having a contest to become a blogger during the ride this year, and well, I want to win!
If you have a...
You can also just attach some fork mounts to a plank of wood and still get the bikes inside - I can get 3 in my Rav4, and was looking to do the same if we upgrade to a Highlander.
We did a brevet on the Natchez (from Nashville down to Tupelo and back) and it was wonderful! Also did a short ride on the section near Jackson. It's absolutely wonderful.
As in Coach Lynda workouts??? I LOVE her! I swear by her training plans - gonna start one up in a few weeks again, and then another round this summer to get ready for a 24-hour race in September.
Can you file a police report?
I really LOVE Sufferfest videos too! I know - who actually likes trainer workouts, but I do! I have Local Hero, The Hunted, and my favorite workout that I do on the road too is Downward Spiral. ...
Saddle paypal-ed!
Is the stem carbon or alloy?
I'll take that saddle in a heartbeat! (Was just thinking how nice a white saddle would look on one of my bikes, and this is my brand!) Lemme know how to paypal ya!
